Our Panelists:
Prae Piromya, Sustainability Transformation Advisor at Id8. Prae is an independent sustainability transformation and people-centered design advisor, most recently serving as Deputy Chief of Party of a three-year USAID funded Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA), which promotes gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the energy sector. Previous roles include sustainability lead roles at AWR Lloyd, Central Group, Pace Development and ERM. In 2012, Prae helped to launch the Sasin Center for Sustainability Management at Sasin School of Management.
Narisa Chauvidal-Aw, CEO & Founder of KogoPAY Group | Smile Money Limited. Narisa holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has decades of experience working both in academia as a lecturer and business, holding Finance Director positions. Narisa won the Women in Tech Start up award in 2019 and also won a WinTrade Global Award 2021 for Women in Banking and Finance. She is a short-term missionary helping homeless and orphanage homes and would like to continue doing more after the exit from her business one day.
Simon Denye, Managing Director at Harmless Harvest. As a mission-driven company, Harmless Harvest aspires to match its workforce diversity to that of the communities in which they operate by continuing to reduce unconscious bias in hiring decisions and growing a talent pipeline of diverse candidates. Half of the Harmless Harvest leadership team is female, and over half of the entire workforce. Simon has been in the Agriculture and Food processing space in South East for 18 years and advises the boards of other companies including Can-Coating, Energy, CBD Oil and Personal Protective Equipment.
Alicja Cybulska, Chief Strategy Officer South-East and North Asia at Havas Group APAC. Alicja has 20+ years of being a fierce champion of strategic impact on transforming brands, receiving awards such as Effie, Mix Awards & the European IAB Research Award or Innovation Award. In her role as Havas Chief Strategy Officer for Southeast and North Asia, Alicja assumes responsibility for the development of regional communication strategies across the APAC, SEA, and NA markets, encompassing both media and creative domains. She excels at seamlessly integrating local cultural nuances into the broader brand marketing approach, thereby enhancing inclusivity, and resonating with diverse audiences.
Uracha R. Ruktanonchai, Executive Vice President (Organization Management) at the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). Uracha has published research findings for more than 130 international publications as well as filed more than 70 intellectual property patents. She has also served as advisor, keynote speaker and guest lecturers for various universities and conferences domestically and internationally. She was awarded a '2011 Women in Science' fellowship from UNESCO-L'Oreal Thailand. Uracha holds a Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nottingham.

Lena NG, Chief Business Officer at AMATA Corporation PCL. Lena is a trailblazer with more than 27 years of experience in the areas of strategic investments, smart cities, mergers & acquisitions and innovative start-ups. In addition to her role at AMATA, Lena also serves as Chairperson of Investment Committee for the Greater Mekong Sub-region; honorary advisor for leading web3.0 start up AceMeta; and Board Governor for AMCHAM. On the social front, Lena also as Board Member of the Singapore National Paralympic Council and ASEAN Women Welfare Association (AWWA). Lena was a former Singapore Diplomat (Commercial Attaché) based in Thailand.
