Description
AMCHAM is delighted to welcome Leah George, Visa Chief at the U.S. Embassy, to share more information about the work that goes on in the Consular Section to process the volume of business visa requests each year. There are a number of options to streamline applications for business visas, from the expedited appointment process for urgent business travel, as well the possibility for requesting group appointments for groups of 10 or larger from the same company traveling for the same purpose. Alternatively, if your activities in the U.S. do not fit the requirements for a B1 business visa, there are other options for professionals to travel to the U.S., including the investor visa, intercompany transfer, and temporary employment in a specialty occupation. Please join our presentation to learn the best way to obtain your visa for your next business trip to the U.S.
