The Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Council meets monthly to support the ESG journey of AMCHAM members towards corporate citizenship and planetary stewardship. Council meetings are a forum to connect stakeholders from AMCHAM member companies and allow for the exchange of experience and expertise.
Join us at this meeting to welcome our special guest speakers who will present on worldwide environmental policies and their impact on trade and investment.
About Speakers:
Bulin Sanooj is a lead partner of the Sustainability group and is also active in the Corporate and M&A and Renewable Energy groups at Baker McKenzie's Bangkok office. Bulin is a member of the Carbon Capture Storage and Removals Working Group under the World Business Council for Sustainability Development.
Keerati Saneewong Na Ayudthaya is a partner in the Tax and International Commercial & Trade practice groups at Baker McKenzie. He has assisted clients during all stages of business, including planning, business structuring, implementation, investment, and dispute resolution.
Varutt Kittichungchit is a key associate in the Sustainability group at Baker McKenzie's Bangkok office. He assists foreign investors on investment in Thailand and the formation and reorganization of joint ventures. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, he had been an engineer and a researcher at a Japanese company for more than five years.
Dhiranantha Rithmanee is an environmental specialist at Baker McKenzie. She has extensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector and the complexities around implementing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions with over 20 years of experience in sustainable energy technology and product life cycles. Her area of expertise includes life cycle assessments, the carbon footprint of products and services, water and ecological footprint, energy footprint, green management, green supply chain, energy management and renewable energy, sustainable development, and smart farming.
