Description
Beanbags, table tennis, slides, and standing desks. We’ve all heard about the cool features of high-tech offices. But what are the real trends and the real needs of workers these days? And what tips and tricks can we apply, even if we don’t have a blue-chip budget? Join us for a review of office design trends and a discussion with an HR practitioner whose company refreshed their workplace. You will walk away with some ideas you can apply, no matter the size of your organization.
Our speakers:
Sombat Ngamchalermsak, Co-founder and Director at Paperspace Asia, a community of established interior designer from diverse backgrounds who help organizations create unique work spaces across Southeast Asia. Clients include Phillip Morris International, Google, Airbnb, Facebook and Vodafone.
Daren Goh, Marketing Director for WeWork Southeast Asia, is responsible for building the WeWork brand in the region. Preceding this, he was a part of Spacemob where he worked on community initiatives, business strategy, and all things marketing, before the team was acquired by WeWork in August 2017. His career has taken him across multiple industries and companies like Yahoo!, Philips, and various WPP marketing agencies.
For the panel discussion, we will be joined by Murali Mohan Kalvakalva, Senior Manager HR Management and Organization Design at Phillip Morris, who will share their new office design experience.
