The AMCHAM HR Committee invites you to join us on a deep dive into the world of data-driven HR. Whether you're new to HR or a seasoned professional, this session aims to introduce you to the knowledge and tools used to harness the power of People Analytics.
Our speakers will look at the fundamentals of data utilization in HR, sharing real-world success stories, discussing core principles and benefits, and how to seamlessly integrate HR metrics and data into the employee life cycle.
Armed with these insights, participants will emerge better prepared to make data-informed HR decisions that drive organizational success and drive HR transformation through data.
Speakers:
Wanchalerm Siriphand, Managing Partner of Pragma and Will Group (PWG), boasts over 19 years of extensive consulting expertise both domestically and internationally, with a specialization in executing strategies, facilitating mergers and acquisitions (M&A), preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs), developing HR strategies, and orchestrating business transformations. He spent 12 years at Korn Ferry (Hay Group) and was in the position of Associate Client Partner and spearheaded the Strategy Execution practice for the Thai and Vietnamese markets.
Denchai Petchamarat, DMD – People & Organization of Kasikorn Business Technology Group (KBTG), drives organizational success by aligning HR strategy with business goals. Collaborating closely with senior management, he addresses HR issues, guides recruitment, manages performance, fosters leadership development, and enhances the employee experience. Previously, he was the Head of the Center of Excellence at Charoen Pokphand Group and the Head of Japanese Cuisine at Central Restaurants Group.
Nitithus Upatumvipanon, Principal Customer Success Manager of Workday, has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years with multiple vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, SAP and now with Workday. He has been working in many roles such as consultant, solution advisor, and customer success executive. He is responsible for establishing strong relationships with key clients in Thailand and the region. Helping customers maximize the value of their cloud investment, be a trusted advisor, increase customer adoption, renewals, and building customer success references.
