AMCHAM's Impact in Action series showcases exceptional CSR projects, sharing best practices and fostering knowledge sharing within our community.

Organon earned the Impact Excellence Award for its Smart Family Life Planning (SFLP) project, which supports vulnerable factory and migrant workers, particularly women across five provinces in Thailand. The program provides comprehensive education in sexual and reproductive health, financial literacy, and essential 21st-century skills.Since its launch in 2023, SFLP has trained 1,203 participants including 695 vulnerable women, cultivated 166 community change agents, and reached 9,287 individuals.
