Burnout is a real issue, but it doesn't have to be your story. Join us for an insightful event featuring experienced founders and burnout coaches who have been there and back. You'll gain practical strategies to:
- Identify the signs and causes of founder burnout.
- Develop sustainable habits to prevent burnout.
- Learn effective techniques to manage stress and recharge.

Our speakers:
Kush Sodhia – CEO of Papaya. Kush is the co-founder and CEO of Papaya. Prior to starting Papaya, he worked in the Investment Bank at JPMorgan in London and then at BCG in Bangkok covering retail clients across SEA. He completed his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Sheji Ho – CEO of HD. Sheji Ho is the Co-Founder and CEO of HD, the leading healthcare and surgery marketplace in emerging Southeast Asia. Previously, he served as Co-Founder and Group CMO at aCommerce, Southeast Asia's largest ecommerce enabler. Born in Shanghai and raised in the Netherlands, Sheji's global perspective has been shaped by extensive work in the US, China, and across Southeast Asia with leading companies like Gilt, Groupon, and Dell. He holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente, Netherlands, blending his expertise in technology and business strategy.
Paul Meyers – Head Coach at Asia Founder Coaching. Paul Meyers is an Asian digital media pioneer with 30+ years of leadership experience in impact, media, telecoms, and payments. He founded and built 6 regional start-ups, successfully exiting 3 of them. He now heads Asia Founder Coaching, supporting senior executives of fast-growing Asian companies and has worked with 100’s of start-up founders across Asia. Paul helped build ADB Ventures for the Asian Development Bank, worked with leading global accelerator programs and contributes significantly to the regional start-up ecosystem as an advisor, lecturer and investor.
Tareef Jafferi – Founder at Happily.ai. Tareef is a product-focused technology leader passionate about data, design, and using tech for good. Technology should make us better: happier, and healthier.
