Join AMCHAM’s August Luncheon, featuring our annual Thailand property market overview, for expert insights and industry data.
Our program will launch with an overview of current property market trends, economic factors, and future projections, presented by Karlo Pobre, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Consulting Services for Colliers Thailand. Our next panelists will delve deeper into specific property sectors. Natha Kittiaksorn, Deputy CEO of Major Development Public Company Limited will take a close look at residential property market trends and outlook, while Wimolnit (Joy) Lertpitakkit, Vice President and Head of JustCo Thailand, will focus on the emergence of co-working spaces in the office sector as well as factors driving new office building occupancy rates in the post-covid business environment.
Following the presentations AMCHAM Business Economics Committee Co-Chair Tysen Kamin, Deputy Managing Director of Colliers Thailand will host an engaging panel discussion, concluding with an audience question-and-answer session, providing an opportunity for attendees to engage directly with the experts and gain personalized insights.
Our Speakers:
Natha Kittiaksorn, Deputy CEO of Major Development Public Company Limited. Natha has experienced in banking from both commercial banks (Security Pacific, Bank of America) a savings & loans institution (Glendale Federal) in the U.S. in the early-mid 90's. Added extensive Finance and Banking experience in Thailand with executive senior strategic positions at Finance One and Bangkok Bank. Entered Real Estate property sector for over 20 years now as CFO/Deputy CEO capacity with focus on listing/IPO, project development, funding and joint venture partnerships at Pace Development and Major Development.
Karlo Pobre, Deputy Managing Director of Colliers Thailand. Karlo serves as Deputy Managing Director for consultancy services at Colliers Thailand and Managing Director for CIM Property Consultants in Myanmar. Since starting his career in 2010, he has focused on consultancy and advisory services, specializing in development consultancy, property valuation, and financial due diligence. Since relocating to Thailand in 2013, he subsequently facilitated the establishment of Colliers' Myanmar office in 2014 and managed regional projects in collaboration with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore over the years.
Currently, Karlo specializes in large-scale, mixed-use township developments and transit-oriented real estate projects. He partnered with prominent developers and institutional clients across the region, including Mitsubishi Estate, Sumitomo Realty China Resources Land, Keppel Land, World Bank and IFC among many others. One of his most recent milestones includes a successful large-scale advisory and valuation assignment that led for Ayala Corporation to land in a earmarked deal with conglomerate, YOMA Strategic Holdings a first in Southeast Asia.
Wimolnit (Joy) Lertpitakkit, Vice President and Head of JustCo Thailand. She is responsible for spearheading key strategies to drive JustCo's long-term expansion in the Thai market, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of all JustCo Thailand centers. With nearly two decades of experience in B2B sales and leasing services across the commercial real estate and hospitality sectors, Joy has been instrumental in charting JustCo Thailand's growth and development. Under her leadership, the company's portfolio in Thailand has grown substantially. Bangkok's key business districts are now home to a thriving network of six JustCo centers, spanning an impressive 350,000+ square feet of coworking space. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in English and German Studies from Thammasat University, Thailand.
