Our Speakers:

Heidi Gallant is the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. She works closely with American and Thai businesses in Thailand to build a strong business community and to advocate with public sector agencies and government on issues affecting business policy, legislation, and regulation. Prior to this role, Heidi was the Executive Director of the Asia and Pacific Seed Association, which is a regional agriculture industry-focused membership association. Before coming to Thailand in 2016, Heidi was the Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, where she resided for 12 years. Heidi started her career in the insurance industry in Canada, holding roles in sales, financial planning, and underwriting. She is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada specializing in management.

Ebb Hinchliffe is the Executive Director for AmCham Philippines. He arrived back in the Philippines after a 12 year absence that saw him working in Texas, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia. He officially began his position with AmCham Philippines on December 1, 2012. A Texan, with a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Ebb was based in the Philippines from 1993 – 2000. He is married with one child. He has spent 22 of the last 25 years in Asia Pacific which includes 21 years with a US-based pump manufacturing company, 6 years with a prominent semiconductor company, and the last 4 years in the service Industry.
