Alstair Bharata is Asia Resilience Consulting Leader, bringing over 16 years of expertise in Risk Consulting and M&A. Notable achievements in his career include driving the transformation of the Risk Management functions at major state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia, as well as within the country’s largest Financial Services Authority. Alstair also played a key role in integrating and transforming Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management for Indonesia's two largest banks by asset, as well as for a leading conglomerate and a prominent rail-based transportation company. His expertise extends to the development and implementation of cutting-edge Risk Management technology for clients across the Asian region. Before joining Marsh, Alstair served as a Director at one of the Big Four firms, where he successfully led the Strategic & Reputation Risk Services. 

Marisa Chaichumnan is Director of Thailand Business Continuity Management at Western Digital, where she leads and manages crisis and disaster recovery planning. With over 10 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, she holds certifications as a Business Continuity Professional/Practitioner (CBCI) and ISO22301 Business Continuity Management Lead Auditor, following her previous role as an Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Industrial Hygiene Specialist. Marisa earned her Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene and Safety and Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Science from Mahidol University, and has demonstrated strong leadership through numerous incidents including heavy rain/flood events, the global pandemic, and earthquakes, showcasing her extensive crisis management expertise.

Philip Bernard is Senior Vice President (SVP) of HDD Assembly & Backend Operations at Western Digital. Philip is responsible for the development of a world-class manufacturing operations in Asia and significant Engineering involvement in Product Development and Sustaining Engineering. Philip’s global team includes 16,000 employees with HDD factories located in Thailand and Engineering units in the U.S., Japan, Bangalore and Scotland.
