By popular request, the AMCHAM Tax Committee is providing an update for members on Revenue Department Notification Por 161, issued on September 15, which prescribes a tax levy on foreign-sourced income, as well as the clarification issued on November 20 regarding the tax status of foreign-sourced income earned before 1 January 2024.
