Bangkok Global Law or BGL provides full legal services to its clients of both Thai and international clients.

Our general legal services include corporate, agreements, mergers & acquisitions, securities and stock exchange, project finance, banking and finance, corporate recovery services, labor, real estate, taxation, litigation and arbitration.

We have worked with law firms in many jurisdictions for cross-border transactions because we are an active Thai member of the International Bar Association or the IBA, the International Fiscal Association or the IFA and the Inter- Pacific Bar Association or the IPBA.

Bangkok is internationally recognized and we are a truly global law firm with our close connection with international legal organizations.
