Legal Analytics & Advocacy [Thailand] is a focused commercial practice in Bangkok, Thailand. Legal Analytics handles commercial transactions for Fortune 100 companies to SMEs, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, commercial disputes and regulatory, property and commercial matters.

Our founding and managing director, Douglas Mancill, is a dual U.S. and Thai national. He has over 35 years’ experience practicing law. He was seconded in 1998 by a major U.S. law firm (now known at Squire Patton Boggs) to its then associated firm in Thailand. Since 1998, Mr. Mancill served in leadership roles in the legal industry, primarily handling commercial transactions, conducting compliance investigations and international arbitrations. Before his secondment to Thailand in 1998, Mr. Mancill handled jury and bench trials, domestic and international arbitrations and FCPA investigations. Mr. Mancill graduated with a Juris Doctorate from U.C. Berkely and is a licensed U.S. lawyer.
